10 more die in Ontario from Swine Flu, 18 across Canada

An Alberta infant with no previous medical history is among 18 new deaths from Swine Flu.10 more have died in Ontario. So far, 8,102 hospitalizations across the country, 1,332 people admitted to ICU and 593 on life support. A boy, 16, died in Alberta.

CDC: Swine Flu likely infected 67 million, killed up to 13,000

Dramatic new estimates from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control state as many as 67 million Americans were infected by Swine Flu and as many as 13,000 died including 1,500 children under 17. The figures tell a different story from lab confirmed cases.

Deaths from pneumonia, flu remain above epidemic levels in U.S.

The U.S. CDC says deaths from pneumonia and Swine Flu continue to remain above the epidemic threshold. 17 more pediatric deaths are reported. 31,320 hospitalizations and 1,336 deaths have occurred since Aug. 30. A decline in H1N1 activity continues.

30 new deaths from Swine Flu as Canadian toll hits 309

The Public Health Agency of Canada says 16 more people have died from Swine Flu in Ontario and 14 in other provinces to take Canada's collective toll to 309. Hospitalizations and deaths in Ontario remain some of the highest in the country.
