As summer winds down, a special event will be taking place in The Presidio of San Francisco to celebrate and to raise awareness about an important service that humanity's best friend provides.
Among the very best, the graduating few, Guide Dogs for The Blind of San Rafael has an outstanding reputation for making sure every dog they train is well prepared and able to be a canine companion to a person with a visual impairment.

"Dog Days of Summer" is a social mixer to raise awareness to the importance of guide dogs and the work that Guide Dogs for the Blind of San Rafael does in preparing qualified candidate pups for work as canine companions for the visually impaired. The event will be on Sept. 18, 2015, on The Presidio in San Francico from 6 to 11 PM.

Guide Dogs for the Blind of San Rafael provides highly trained canine companions for people with visual impairment. The training of qualified pups is strict and very specific, only the best make it to graduation.
