A haul of gold and silver coins salvaged from a sunken Spanish galleon are heading from the US to Spain after five years of legal ownership wrangles.

Canadians Marielle Thompson and Brady Leman won gold medals at a ski-cross World Cup event Friday at Blue MountainResort in Collingwood, Ont., while Chris Del Bosco finished second behind Leman in the men's race to take silver.

Louis-Pierre Helie won men's downhill gold as Canada completed a podium sweep Wednesday at the U.S. downhill championships. Dustin Cook won silver while Morgan Pridy took bronze to give Canada a podium sweep in the event for the first time in 17 years.
