The federal government will appeal to the Supreme Court a recent lower court ruling that sex workers can legally ply their trade indoors.

Mohamed Harket, an Ottawa man who was deemed a security threat, is at the Federal Court of Appeal Tuesday attempting to stop his deportation to Algeria.
