Ennis Esmer, the star of the CTV hit series, 'The Listener,' is the Canadian ambassador for Live Below The Line, an organization established to raise awareness and funds to eradicate poverty across the planet.

Toronto - Ennis Esmer is a busy guy. He co-hosts the Canadian edition of the game show “Wipeout,” has a recurring role on the TV series “Covert Affairs” and is currently busy on the set of “The L.A. Complex.”

It’s summertime and in network TV land, that means time to take a few chances. For NBC, it means trying on a Canadian drama series called “The Listener,” starring Craig Olejnik and Ennis Esmer as paramedic partners.
