Oregon man arrested for DUI while wearing 'Drunk As Shit' t-shirt

It's likely that if most of us decided for one reason or another to wear a t-shirt that reads 'Drunk As Shit' we would not then decide to get drunk as shit and drive our car. But a 21-year-old Oregon man is apparently different than most of us.
