Over a five year period students who dropped out of four-year colleges and universities before their sophomore year cost the United States more than $9 billion according to the American Institutes for Research (AIR).
It’s been called the silent epidemic. It’s been called a national crisis. Soaring dropout rates are forcing Americans to look deep into their education system to find out what should be done to keep kids in school. If it’s broke, it’s time fix it.
I can't condone his choice because if this all falls apart for him he will end up with "Nothing". I would hope that he would continue and get his Diploma in the mean time. Being an Actor or a Rockstar or a Video Gamestar is a Very Fleeting Profession.
