Judge orders review of Dakota Access Pipeline over Environment

Washington - A federal judge ruled on Wednesday that the environmental review for the Dakota Access Pipeline was, in part, inadequate and must be reconsidered, giving tribal opponents of the controversial pipeline a small legal victory.
