Houston - A man in Texas decided to come forward and offered to pay for a $1 parking ticket he had received back in 1953. He received the citation the day he went off to join the U.S. Army.

Potty mouth! Woman cited for cursing at toilet

A Scranton woman was given an citation for disorderly conduct for using profanities at her overflowing toilet after her neighbor, a police officer, complained. She could face up to 90 days in jail and fines up to $300.
