Bentonville - Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art reached the half million mark today in terms of visitors to the museum, which opened less than a year ago.

Belgrade - In 2008, four Serbs stole four paintings by Cezanne, Monet, Degas and van Gogh. The Cezanne has now found its way home to Switzerland.

Washington - A woman tried to destroy one of Gauguin’s most famous paintings, Two Tahitian Women at the Washington National Gallery, because it showed “nudity and homosexuality”. She also claimed to be from the CIA and to have a radio in her head.
