Robert Chew, Actor on 'The Wire,' dies at 52

Baltimore - Robert Chew, a Baltimore actor best remembered for playing Proposition Joe on the HBO series "The Wire" died of a heart attack Thursday, according to his sister, Clarice Chew. He was 52.
