Sonoma - Three-time IndyCar champion Scott Dixon is now a four-time IndyCar champion after a brilliant win on Sunday at the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma, in California.

Long Pond - Ryan Hunter-Reay won the penultimate race of the 2015 Verizon IndyCar Series season on Sunday, but the celebrations were subdued after a crash late in the ABC Supply 500 sent Justin Wilson to hospital with serious head injuries.

Bristol - Joey Logano would not be denied Saturday night at Bristol Motor Speedway and powered his way to victory at the Irwin Tools Night Race, his third win of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season.
