Helena - Todd Harold Schrier, 49, was arrested at 11:30 PM on March 1, 2012 after police responded to a call reporting an intoxicated dog at Smith's Bar. He is currently facing animal cruelty charges in Montana.

The number of people convicted of animal cruelty and neglect rose by nearly a quarter in England and Wales last year, the RSPCA says.
A couple who kept 69 pets, including 56 large dogs, at their family home in Somerset admit nine counts of animal cruelty.
