WHO: S.Africa epicentre of drug-resistant, killer-tuberculosis

The World Health Organization reports that Tugela Ferry in the KwaZulu province of South Africa is the epicentre of a worldwide epidemic of new drug-resistant tuberculosis in 46 countries, infecting 500,000 patients and killing 110,000 annually.
