Russian state-owned ARMZ offers deal to take Uranium One private

Moscow - ARMZ, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Russian state nuclear energy corporation Rosatom, has offered shareholders of Canadian company, Uranium One, $2.86 a share. The stock had closed at $2.41 a share on Friday.
