Roach and Assistant Trainer Buboy Fernandez said Pacquaio has reached his peak ahead of next weekend fight and is now ready to fight.

“We’re a hundred percent ready for the fight,” Fernandez said.

Pacquiao, who is an incumbent congressman representing the lone district of Sarangani province in the Philippines is seeking a senate seat in the May 9 general elections.

Back in the Philippines, a petition was lodged before the election body (Comelec) to stop the airing of his April 9 fight against Bradley as it may give him undue advantage over other candidates because of massive advertising exposure. After reviewing the petition, the the poll body ruled in his favor.

“I’m very happy right now because the Comelec came up with a favorable decision. This further motivates me to work hard to ensure victory,” Pacquiao said

“This is not for my personal glory. I’m fighting for the honor of our country and to glorify God through sports,” Pacquiao added.

Pacquiao, who is facing Bradley for the third time, is set to do his final phase of his preparations in Las Vegas starting Monday including the weigh-in ceremonies before the day of the fight.
