NFL Fantasy Football: Week 14 quarterback rankings

Quarterbacks drive the league and the game and with the amount of injuries and benched players, here’s a list of the top options for this weekend and what to expect from each player.

Who would of thought at the beginning of the year that Cam Newton would become such a force, especially when his top target was injured and lost for the year? The Carolina Panthers QB has been spectacular and could win the leagues MVP award and with a game on Sunday against Atlanta, some experts are predicting another big week and that makes Newton a must-start player.

Russell Wilson wasn’t a high round choice by most owners — in fact he was a waiver wire option for most of the year, but both Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks offense have clicked as of late and for those with two signal callers on the roster, Wilson is a good bet to have another solid effort this week against a poor Baltimore Ravens defense.

For those fantasy football owners searching for help off the waiver wire, luckily there is some help with Tampa Bay Bucs’ youngster Jameis Winston. The rookie is having a solid season, ranked 14th in the league overall in point scored and with a match up against New Orleans, he could be the answer for anyone needed help at the position.

Brock Osweiler of Denver is another good option, despite struggling to score points. The Broncos face NFL rival Oakland in week 14 and while big numbers aren’t expected, if this game become a shootout, the former Arizona State product could be the steal of the week off the waiver wire.
