Boston and Houston now hold the two wild-card spots in the American League, but with eight teams within 3.5 games of the post season, it looks like a great second half of the season for the fans.
The LA Dodgers and Mets are the top two sides in the National League and with Miami and St Louis being the only two teams above .500, someone else will need to get hot or it will come down to just eight teams for the five spots in this years NL Playoffs.
