The title fights taking place in the U.S. include a WBO-sanctioned light welterweight fight between Terence Crawford and Hunk Lundy at the Madison Square Garden in New York on HBO. Crawford, who is unbeaten in 27 pro fights, will defend his WBO light welterweight title against Lundy.
The major fights in the Crawford-Lundy undercard include among others, the non-title fights between Felix Verdejo and William Silva (lightweight) and Sean Monaghan vs. Janne Forsman (light-heavyweight).
The other title fights taking place in the US are the Leo Santa Cruz (No. 3) vs. Kiko Martinez and the Julio Ceja (No. 10) vs. Hugo Ruiz fights to be held at the Honda Center, Anaheim, California. Showtime will cover the fight.
Santa Cruz is defending his WBA Featherweight title while Ceja stakes his WBC Junior Featherweight title.
Matches in the undercard include Gerald Washingon vs. Oscar Rivas (heavyweight), Claudio Marrero vs. Jonathan (featherweight) Arrellano and Paul Mendez vs. Joshua Okine (middleweight).
The title fights happening in UK include the super bantamweight fight between Scott Quigg and Carl Frampton for the WBA and IBF titles. Both fighters are unbeaten in their pro careers with the winner possibly going up against Guillermo Rigondeaux later this year. Showtime/Sky will cover the event.
Included in the undercard of the Quigg-Frampton fight are Gavin McDonnell vs. Jorge Sanchez (junior featherweight),Isaac Lowe vs. Marco McCullough (featherweight), Hosea Burton vs. Miles Shinkwin (light heavyweight) and Ryan Burnett vs. Anthony Settoul (bantamweight).
