Chatting with Val Venis: World champion wrestler from WWE (Includes interview)

On appearing at Frankie’s East Side Gourmet Pizza in Farmingdale, Venis said, “I’m excited to see how some pizza is made, and to try my hand in it.”

Venis is best known for his entrance saying: “Hello Ladies.” His proudest professional moment included winning the Intercontinental title for the first time. “That was always a stellar title that I wanted to win, so winning that the first time was a good thing for sure,” he said.

When asked about the key to longevity in the wrestling industry, Venis said with a laugh, “Don’t wrestle. That’s about it. If you want longevity, don’t wrestle.”

Each day, Venis is motivated by his desire to help people and to educate them about the dangers of pharmaceuticals. “Getting people off of pharmaceuticals and taking more natural ways of medicating. For me, pharmaceuticals is a big issue right now. I’ve lost a lot of friends to pharmaceuticals, so I’ve become passionate about this issue. I want people to realize that there are other alternatives out there,” he said.

He defined the word success as “Leaving behind a small, less expensive and less oppressive government for our children.”
