article imageBob Arum names 3 possible opponents for Pacquiao's last fight

Manny Pacquiao's Promoter Bob Arum has updated his shortlist of Pacquiao's possible opponents when he returns to the ring on April 9.
The new list which contains only three names includes Amir Khan, Terence Crawford and Timothy Bradley.
Khan has been the consistent front runner in the Arum list but a few weeks ago, he said he is no longer pursuing the fight because he believes Pacquiao's camp has been stalling.
After being rejected by Mayweather, Khan announced that he had resumed talks with Pacquiao, saying the fight is about 75 percent done.
But last week Khan said he is pulling out of the Pacquiao fight.
“I’m really disappointed in Manny and his team,” Khan told The National. “They aren’t playing ball. All that was left to do is to sign the contract. But they are stalling.
“I have pulled out of the negotiations. I am no longer fighting Manny Pacquiao,” Khan said.
But on Thursday, Nov. 5, The Daily Mail reported that Khan has signed a deal to face Pacquiao on April 9.
Upon learning of the news about the reported agreement between Pacquiao and Khan, Arum immediated denied that an agreement has been reached.
"There is no deal. There is no contract. There has been no decision whatsoever." Arum said.
Arum's new list also includes Terence Crawford, who recently made a very impressive performance against Dierry Jean of Canada via TKO to retain his WBO light welterweight title.
Third in the new list is Timothy Bradley, who is set to face Brandon Rios on Saturday at the Thomas & Mack Center, Las Vegas, Nevada for the WBO welterweight title.
