2016 NFL Power Rankings: Preseason week 4 undated standings

With just one game left until the regular season kicks off, injuries are always a concern. After a miserable 2015 season, Dallas knows what it means to lost their starting quarterback and now it appears they will start the year with rookie Dak Prescott at the helm.

The Cowboys have dropped significantly in the latest power rankings, some experts are now predicting the team to finish at the bottom of the division, but with Dez Bryant healthy and a good group of running backs, this team could go more to smash mouth football and hope the defense can play at a higher level than last year.

Heading into the 2016 season, several teams are vying as the best in the league. After their showing last year, Carolina has to be on top. Not only are the Panthers solid on both sides of the ball, they also get back wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin, who missed last season with a knee injury.

Denver won the Super Bowl last year, but questions at quarterback have prognosticators sitting on the fence with this squad. Many feel the Broncos won the title without solid play under center, but young signal callers tend to make mistakes and that could have a negative impact on this football team in 2016.

With so many questions surrounding several of the top NFL teams, including Tom Brady missing the first quarter of the season under his suspension, its hard to gauge where each franchise stands, but that should be great for the league and its fans as it should create plenty of excitement each week and the possibility of some new blood making the playoffs.
