2015 NFL Mock Draft: Latest first round projections for each team

The latest mocks from several sources have been released this week and while the top spots offer little in drama, the middle and late picks in the first round could create some buzz.

Jameis Winston has established himself as the top quarterback and unless something happens over the next few weeks, he should become a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ as the top overall pick in the draft.

While teams are always searching for a leader, finding play makers to make the signal; callers look good has become a priority. Teams must now have four or five quality wide outs to compete with tough defenses and this years class of talent is among the best of the last decade.

Two players have separated themselves from the rest of the pack. Amari Cooper from Alabama has good size and explosive speed, but Kevin White from West Virginia has been thrown into the mix as the top receiver in the latest player rankings.

Many experts predict Cooper will be playing in Oakland next season as the Silver and Black look to add some talent and depth for young QB Derek Carr. The former Crimson Tide All American has all the makings of a great player and reminds scouts of A.J. Green.

White had a great year for the Mountaineers and his NFL Combine workouts were spectacular. The tall and speedy youngster is projected to St Louis or Minnesota, as both teams look to bolster a poor offense.

Another excellent prospect and a sure fire first round draft pick is DeVante Parker from Louisville. With a great combination of size, speed, and a good route runner, Parker is likely headed to Cleveland or Miami. Both the Browns and Dolphins will be playing next season without a true number one receiver, but Parker could make a name for himself with a solid rookie season.

This years class of talent is deep, especially at wide receiver and with so many teams having a need for added play makers, upwards of ten youngsters could hear their name called within the first two rounds of next months draft.
