West Virginia adopts tanning salon teenage parental consent laws

West Virginia lawmakers are the latest to adopt new laws surrounding tanning salons and teens. On May 1 West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin signed a law that requires teenagers using sunbeds in tanning salons to have a signed parental consent form.
