A Vancouver RCMP officer has been charged with impaired driving for a second time in just over four weeks. Vancouver Police arrested him on Oct. 3 when he slammed his car into a bridge. Now, cops have picked him against for driving while impaired.

Man killed, woman in custody following B.C. domestic dispute

A 50-year-old Maple Ridge, B.C. man is dead and a 42-year-old woman is in hospital under police guard after a domestic dispute late Tuesday evening. Police said the woman is in custody but they have not clarified if she will be charged with murder.

B.C. Mounties probe drunk man's fatal injury in jail cell

A 61-year-old man hurt his head while he was in police custody in B.C. and later died as a result of that injury. RCMP said the injury was suffered "while a RCMP officer was present" and they are now investigating what happened.

Fugitive Bangkok banker who fought extradition from Canada for 13 years was put on board a plane to Thailand on Thursday. RCMP handed him over to Thai authorities at Vancouver International Airport. He is accused of embezzlement of USD $82 million.
