article imageBigfoot sighting in Yellowstone, video shows 4 hairy creatures

By Marcus Hondro     Feb 6, 2015 in Odd News
It seems Bigfoot got his big old self back in the news on Thursday. You'll have to be the judge of a video taken in Yellowstone Park, ostensibly to film bison. In the background? Not one but four Bigfoots.
Or guys in gorilla suits.
The video of these Bigfoot guys, or again, just guys, was posted by a woman named Mary Greeley on her Youtube channel, though she does not say from whom she got it. The footage shows bison in the foreground but in the background some very tall creatures with hairy bodies are seen walking between trees. One comes out and shuffles along further.
The creature has a stiff walk and is tall — much of the extra height beyond a human's height comes from its rather long legs. Guy on stilts in a gorilla costume? Unhappily, the creature doesn't get very close before the video ends.
ABC Fox News Montana reporter Mary Aragon spoke to Yellowstone National Park Spokesperson Al Nash who said that it was just "crazy" all the Bigfoot sightings that they get at Yellowstone. They don't come daily or even weekly but there are sightings most years.
He's never seen Bigfoot and believes the reports are hoaxes. "Bigfoot sightings are not frequent, but it happens," Nash said. "People say a lot of crazy things about Yellowstone all the time and Bigfoot is just one of them."
A group called The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO) says that since they began keeping track in 1995 there have been at least 43 Bigfoot/Sasquatch sightings in Yellowstone National Park.
The BFRO, incidentally, hosts yearly expeditions into American wilderness to seek out Bigfoot in remote and mountainous areas of states including Arizona, California, Oregon, Iowa, Kentucky and New York. They have yet to bring back Bigfoot though not even from Yellowstone National Park.
