Scientists and Researchers claimed that they have been successful in creating World's densest
memory circuit in a function at California.According to them it is 100 times denser than present
memory circuit as small as human white blood cell
They said it will potentially make Integrated circuit to very small size
The circuit has 160,000 bits of capacity, compared with previous generations of molecular circuit
of 64bits capacity
But scientists told it will take a decade for it's mass Producton
