The Kentucky woman, 31, is facing criminal charges for allegedly arranging an alcohol-soaked slumber party for her 15-year-old daughter and six of the girl's friends. According to police, underage attendees were told to bring $5 to the party, which occurred last Friday at Herzner's Newport home.

The mom, Sherry Herzner, hosting a slumber party for her 15 year old daughter collected $5 each from her daughter's friends and bought Vodka with it. She started giving Vodka to them, and one of the daughter's friends called her mom to pick her up. When the mom smelled vodka from her daughter called the cops, who arrested Sherry Herzner. The officer's report claimed she was highly intoxicated at the time of arrest and detected alcohol traces on all the slumber party participants. Herzner was charged with seven misdemeanor counts of unlawful transaction with a minor. So, another incident of bad parenting, hope they put her in Prison for a long time so she can learn from this.
