The acclaimed rock group has been eligible for a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination since 1989. They are nominated in the "Performers" category. The Moody Blues are pioneers of progressive rock music, and they turned to synthesizer driven rockers. Their illustrious career in the music business has spanned over 50 years.
The Moody Blues band members that are eligible for induction (if they receive an adequate amount of majority votes) include the following veteran musicians of the iconic group: Graeme Edge (drum and vocals), Justin Hayward (guitar and vocals), John Lodge (bass and vocals), Mike Pinder (keyboards and vocals) and Ray Thomas (flute, percussion, harmonica and vocals). The Moody Blues have served as musical influences for many other bands and musicians, and they have entertained fans all over the world.
Speaking of John Lodge, he will be emabrking on his solo tour in America, as Digital Journal previously reported.
