Review: Justin Timberlake's new act The Shadowboxers soar on 'Hot Damn!' Special

Justin Timberlake's new act, pop band The Shadowboxers, have released their upbeat new radio single "Hot Damn!" on Villa 40.

"Hot Damn!" has elements of pop, rock, R&B, dance and funk. It has a neat groove, and memorable melodies. The single garnered Twitter love and praise from Justin Timberlake, who was responsible for discovering them, and he subsequently signed them to his artist development company, Villa 40. It is evident that Mr. Timberlake has a good ear for talent.
The pop band is on their "Timezone Tour," thus bringing their new music to their fans. On November 10, they will be playing at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, and on November 11, they will be performing at The Bowery Ballroom in New York City.
A trio of musicians, The Shadowboxers is comprised of Adam Hoffman, Matt Lipkins and Scott Tyler.

The Verdict
The new single "Hot Damn" by The Shadowboxers is definitely refreshing and catchy. This song is a solid introduction to their artistry. Their music seems promising and they are poised for stardom. It earns 4.5 out of 5 stars.
