"19" has been praised for its raw and authentic lyrics pertaining to the U.S. military, and it is a constant reminder of the dangers that the members of our Armed Forces face on a daily basis. The song resonated well with his New York fans, when he performed it live on Fox & Friends for Memorial Day weekend last month. Country music doesn't get any more real than Shane Owens' "19," which was written by Jeffrey Steele, Tom Hambridge and Gary Nicholson.
In addition, country fans and listeners can catch Owens' song "Country Never Goes Out of Style" in the third season of the Netflix original series The Ranch, starring actor Ashton Kutcher, which can be streamed starting June 16.
The proceeds from the patriotic single "19" help benefit the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors. It is available for purchase on iTunes.
