The Pretenders back with new album, to tour with Stevie Nicks

The Pretenders have announced the release of their highly-anticipated new album, "Alone," which will be available on October 21.

In 2005, The Pretenders were inducted into the coveted Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Neil Young.
The band is made up of front-woman Chrissie Hynde on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Martin Chambers on backing vocals and percussion, Nick Wilkinson on bass guitar, James Walbourne on lead guitar and background vocals, as well as Eric Heywood on pedal steel.
The Pretenders will kick off their North American tour with veteran rock star Stevie Nicks on October 25 at Phoenix, Arizona's Talking Stick Arena and it will wrap up on December 18 at The Forum in Inglewood, California. On December 1, they will be performing at the iconic "World's Most Famous Arena" at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Their new album Alone was produced by produced Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys, and it is available for pre-order on iTunes.
