On being at Frankie's East Side Pizza, Ware said, "Its great to be here, man. It has the best pizza in the world. I'm telling the whole world that it has the best pizza, so I want everybody to stop by Frankie's."
When asked about his plans for the rest of 2016, he said with a sweet laugh, "To try and stay alive." The key to longevity in the sport of wresting is "staying in good health," as well as "staying close to God."
Regarding his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, Ware said, "It feels great, but I feel like I've been mistreated, and I feel that we let the fans down, because the outcome of it, has turned into a disaster, and I don't like it and the fans don't like it. They don't take care of the Birdman Koko B. Ware like they are supposed to take care of a Hall of Famer."
Ware defined the word success as "Achieving goals." "You achieved that goal like I did. I went all the way up to the Hall of Fame, and I achieved what I went out for. I had a lot of help through God and the people in the world," he said.
For his wrestling fans, he concluded, "God bless you all for helping me, and all the wrestlers that don't appreciate you all, and I am saying it for them. If it weren't for the fans, there wouldn't be no Koko B. Ware, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, The Rock or Triple H. Without the fans, there would be nobody."
