Her CD opens with her empowering anthem "Fight Song," which is already in the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, sitting at No. 7, and climbing.
It is followed by the mid-tempo yet infectious "Lone Ranger," and "Beating Me Up" is yet another optimistic song, with its inspirational lyrics that many listeners can relate to. Her four-track EP closes with the crisp yet haunting "Congratulations." "Congratulations, got what you wanted, your winning now. Congratulations, you got your shot and you wore me down. And I really don't think you get it now. No, I really don't think you get it now. It's killing me, I admit it now. Congratulations, you tore my heart out," Platten sings.
