She partnered up with her husband, Keith Tollefson, and it premieres tonight on September 26 at 8 p.m. "I am excited. It's crazy. We filmed it a while ago so we have been waiting. I am a little nervous since I have no idea what they will show," she said with a sweet laugh.
Duncan and Tollefson met while they were contestants on the reality competition, Survivor.
Aside from The Amazing Race, Duncan has written new songs and recorded new material. Her forthcoming EP was co-produced by Dave Haywood from the Grammy-winning group Lady Antebellum and Paul Worley, and it is slated for an early release in 2015. It features the lead single "Roll All Night." "It has been recorded for a little bit, but I released it this week due to all of the excitement. I wrote it with Dave and Josh Kear, two amazing songwriters. I am excited about it and I love it. We just shot the video and my husband is in the video," she said.

What people may not know about Duncan is that she is a talented songwriter in her own right, having penned country darling Danielle Bradbery's "Young in America." "I really wrote that song for myself with two of my friends, Kylie Sackley and Jaren Johnston from The Cadillac Three. Danielle heard it and she loved it. I thought she was amazing and it worked for her. She cut it and released it as a single. I was on Cloud 9, the day I got the call that she was recording it," she said.
She shared that her song "Skinny Dippin'" is a fun one and it should not be taken too seriously.
Duncan credits her husband for being the "rock" in her life, and she noted that she doesn't think she would have been able to make it the past few years without him and his support. "Luckily, I met a really great man, and I have a really strong faith. I have had some really cool opportunities and I am really blessed," she concluded.
