"Men of the Strip" is owned by Mike Foland, hosted by Jeff Timmons from the Grammy-nominated group 98 Degrees, and Emmy-nominated choreographer Glenn Packard is its creative director.
As Digital Journal reported yesterday, Williams and fellow performers Keith Webb and Chris Boudreaux, as well as brand owner Foland, participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in Las Vegas. "That was really cool. It was awesome, and a lot of fun. We had a big crowd show up on Fremont Street and they supported us," he said.
The guys of "Men of the Strip" have four shows coming up at the D Las Vegas Showroom on August 28, 29, 30 and 31. "I am super-excited about those shows on Labor Day weekend, since we are the first male revue that will be performing down there, and it is a chance for us to shine," he said.
Regarding his plans for the future, he revealed, "My goal is to be very successful. It is still in the start-up stage, so I am looking forward to continuing to travel, and doing more things with TV, and to enjoy the journey. It has been a crazy ride at the moment, but I am enjoying every bit of it."
On working with Jeff Timmons, Williams had nothing but the best remarks about the experience. "He is very cool and down-to-earth. He had worked with so many big artists, and when we were in New York doing promo for TV and radio, I saw another level of professionalism when he was doing the interviews. He is so sharp and I really admire that about him."
He subsequently noted that it has been a "blast" working with choreographer Glenn Packard, especially since he has worked with some great artists and big names in entertainment, such as the late "King of Pop" Michael Jackson.
Aside from being a lead performer for "Men of the Strip," Williams is multi-talented in other fields: he is a wellness consultant, a certified massage therapist, model and Men's physique competitor; moreover, he is a published author in his own right, having his articles published in various health and fitness magazines. "I do modeling on the side, and for personal reasons, I do photo shoots to build up my portfolio," he said.
