Their PTX Vol. III EP will consist of covers of hit singles, as well as original tracks. It is slated to include a surprise guest, and a song that is performed entirely in the French language, according to Billboard.
It will be followed by their second holiday album entitled That's Christmas To Me, which will be available on October 21. Their title track was named after an original holiday tune that they penned for the record, and their holiday album will consist of classic holiday tracks, modern favorites and a holiday mash-up, which Pentatonix is known for doing with most songs that they cover (such as their Daft Punk medley).
Speaking of Christmas songs, as Digital Journal reported, last year Pentatonix did stunning renditions of such classics as "Angels We Have Heard on High" and "The Little Drummer Boy"; moreover, they landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 all-genre charts with the deluxe edition of their debut holiday album PTXmas.
Pentatonix is originally from Arlington, Texas, and in 2011, the vocal group won the third season of the reality NBC singing competition, The Sing-Off.
