The ecstatic country singer remarked his excitement in his Facebook page, "I can't event tell y'all how much I love ya! Thanks for makin' 'Beat of the Music' the #1 song in da country!"
"Beat of the Music" marks Eldredge's second consecutive chart-topping single (after "Don't Ya") from his studio album Bring You Back, which was released last August via his record label, Atlantic Nashville.
He also filmed a brief video speech, where Eldredge is seen holding a champagne bottle to celebrate this new milestone. He thanked country radio, as well as his dedicated fans, all of whom he loves very much and he subsequently joked that he had nobody to drink his champagne with, only to reveal a room of people in the background celebrating the chart-topping victory with him.
This year, Eldredge was nominated for a CMT Music award for "Breakthrough Video of the Year," and he was up for the Academy of Country Music's "New Artist of the Year" award.
