BBC recommissions 'The Voice UK' for two more seasons

Ending speculation surrounding the future of the British version of "The Voice", the BBC has today confirmed it has given the go-ahead for two more years.

The Voice UK is currently in its third year and has been averaging healthy viewing figures of around 8.9 million for the current season.
Writing on the BBC's own The Voice UK blog, BBC One Controller Charlotte Moore said, "It's been fantastic to see The Voice return in top form to kick start BBC One's brilliant year so far; the new line-up has really connected with audiences and I look forward to it returning to the channel next year."
For the current season, Kylie Minogue joined Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am as coaches, as did the Kaiser Chiefs lead singer Ricky Wilson. While Jones and will.i.am have been with the show since it began in 2012, Minogue and Wilson replaced Jessie J and the Script front man Danny O'Donoghue.
As to which of the current coaches will return for seasons four and five, the BBC are yet to confirm.
