Cleveland made a great move last year trading Trent Richardson to the Colts, but now the Browns must find a running back that can help lead this team to a winning season.

With yet another coaching change, it's hard to figure what this team will do in the upcoming NFL Draft, but finding more talent on offense has to be a priority.
Bleacher Report has suggested that former Houston Texans backup running back Ben Tate could be the answer. The 25 year-old has explosive speed and a danger anywhere on the football field.
The former second round pick has nearly 2,000 yards in his career and despite missing his entire rookie season with an injury, he still has managed to average 4.7 yards per carry and scored ten touchdowns playing behind Arian Foster.
Another back worth a look is Darren McFadden, but his injury concerns and asking price could be a drawback. The 26 year-old is a terrific talent and a player that can help on the ground and in the passing game.
Both players are above average NFL running backs with different skills sets, but both are an upgrade over the talent already on the roster and for a team looking to start winning, having play makers are a must for 2014 and beyond.
