He opened for country artist Colt Ford and headlining act, country duo Florida Georgia Line.
Smith opened the show with the upbeat and fun "Nothing But Summer."
It was followed by the mid-tempo "Slow Rollin" and "I'd Love To Be Wrong About That," the latter of which was another standout tune.
"Somebody Somewhere" was a dynamic and bold vocal performance by Smith, which was well-received.
Smith covered Audioslave's "Cochise" and he closed his set with his current radio single "Tippin' Point," which was a crowd favorite.
Overall, Dallas Smith did a solid job getting the New York audience warmed up for country rapper Colt Ford and Florida Georgia Line. He had so much energy in him and he knew how to rock out. Although many fans may have not been familiar with Smith's music until tonight, they will be sure to leave the venue wanting more. His 6-song set garnered 4 out of 5 stars.
