The newest trailer has been released for Capcom's upcoming new sci-fi action adventure game called “Remember Me” which is due out on June 4 to consoles in North America. This is a live-action trailer that is narrated by Antoine who is a character in the game and the founder of the corporation called Memorize.
It talks about being able to manipulate memories to bring forth peace and empathy. At the same time, it shows the dark side of memory manipulation. Then, it shows Nilin (the main character) going through the process of getting her memories wiped clean.
In Remember Me, Nilin is a former Memory Hunter. Being stripped of her memories, Nilin is out to search for her lost memories and find out why her memories were wiped out in the first place. You will utilize different memory skills as a means to progress through the game.
Another article has a Q & A video that talks about the concept of Nilin. The developers talk about this is an action that mixes combat, platforming, puzzles, and other stuff. Remember Me's creative director, Jean-Maxime Moris, answers questions from people from Facebook. Originally, the game used the theme of global warming but changed it to memory manipulation.
