In the clip, we see Lucille and Buster Bluth (mother and son) in a rather odd family moment. Lucille needs to find a way to get around the building's strict no smoking policy, but she is also wearing a court-ordered ankle monitor preventing her from approaching the balcony.
The solution? Blow smoke into Buster's mouth so he can blow it out the balcony, in one of the most bizarre displays of familial bonding the show has ever created.
Netflix says 15 total episodes of the fourth season will premiere exclusively via their instant streaming service on May 16.
It's also been reported John Krasinski (Jim) from The Office will join the Arrested Development cast, but no word on his exact role.
Arrested Development, about a family torn apart from crime and general dysfunction, also stars Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, David Cross, Will Arnett and Jeffrey Tambor.
The series originally ran for 53 episodes from 2003 to 2006, winning six Emmy Awards and mountains of critical acclaim in the process, but the network axed it due to low ratings.
