If you were a wandering the earth as a floating ghost, what would you do? In the launch trailer for this recently released game for the Playstation Vita (PSV), “Haunt the House: Terrortown” lets you take on the role of a ghost that decided to stay behind and spook the new residents four different houses in the city.
It's a 2D animated game with very cartoonish graphics; but, the game seems to be challenging as you need to use critical thinking to spook the residents into getting scared. The plot of the game is pretty simple: scare the residents good. This looks to be a pretty fun trial-and-error game in which you can possess various inanimate objects. You take possession of inanimate objects as a means to scare the residents.
There are four houses total with 20 people each. That means you have to scare 80 people total. With 80 people being a lot, you can't simply pick how to scare them. You have to build up a special “scare meter” which allows you to use other ways to haunt things as the meter fills up.
Currently, Haunt the House: Terrortown is available. You can download it from the Playstation Network (PSN) for only a few dollars. If you want to play something simplistic yet requiring you to use your head, this is a game worth checking out.
