Known only by his YouTube name, MarkLeeTx, the man is seen panning his camera from side to side, filming emergency crews responding to another incident below. Strong winds can clearly be heard in the video and at one point viewers can clearly see the rain being blown sideways. A few seconds later, a loud crashing noise can be heard. The camera pans back to the left and captures the wall of a four story building crashing to the ground.
According to WND, the building, which is located at 92 8th Ave in Chelsea, Manhattan, contains multiple high-end apartments and the Muscle Maker Grill on the ground floor.

The Fire Department of New York (FDNY) stated via Twitter:
"There are no injuries or people trapped at 92 8th Ave building collapse, which involved the facade of the structure."
According to HuffPost Live reporter, Meg Robertson, firefighters did rescue some residents of the building.
MarkLeeTx posted another video approximately one hour later showing FDNY using a ladder truck to gain access to the upper apartments.
