Police say that the son, 15-year-old Tyler, was shot around 1 a.m. on Thursday. The incident occurred right outside of Giuliano's neighbor's home.
According to CBS, a woman inside the home called Jeffrey, who is her brother, after she suspected someone was trying to break inside her home.
According to ABC, when officers arrived to the scene, they saw the teen lying in the woman's driveway while the father was sitting on the grass. Police say that the teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
