Police arrest man called Jackmeoff Mudd in Fort Lauderdale

The Huffington Post reports J******ff Mudd is being held at a Broward County jail on a $300 bond. The likeness of Mudd appears in the photo above. CBS Miami reports he is 5ft 6 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. MSN Now makes two guesses why the South Florida man is called J******ff Mudd: "He may have had the world's worst parents, who doomed him, from birth, to a life of petty crime, unrealized expectations, and failed dreams. Or (Guess 2) perhaps Mr. Mudd was wasted when he was arrested (see: 'possession of alcohol') and gave himself a name of his own, drunken making. We hope -- for the sake of our continued belief in the general goodness of people everywhere." The Huffington Post agrees with MSN's Guess 2, saying it is not unusual for jailbirds to have odd names, presumably to tease the police. Digital Journal reports police in January, arrested a man named Beezow Doo-Doo Zopittybop-Bop-Bop, 30, born Jeffrey Drew Wilschkem, near Reynold's Park, Madison.
