MySpace will relaunch at the end of the year

MySpace has plans to relaunch. The once most popular social networking website plans on relaunching sometime later this year.

Specific Media, the owners of MySpace, said that they have been in talks with agencies, with a view to a pitch process.
According to Music Week, Rikki Webster, the senior communications manager with Specific Media, said that the company's search for an agency is still in its early days. Webster said that they have held a few talks but as of now there has been no formal pitch process being undertaken.
According to Metro, Webster said that towards the end of this year is when MySpace will roll out. Webster said that is when the company will most likely undertake a formal pitch.
According to UltimateGuitar, MySpace was once the most popular social networking website. The site was actually the most visited social networking site between 2005 and early 2008.
MySpace has revamped itself throughout the last few years. It started to focus more on music and entertainment and moved away from social media.
