Nuclear scientist blown up in Iran by car bomb, Israel blamed
Iranian news reports that a university professor and nuclear scientist, Ahmadi Roshan, 32, is the victim of a car bomb. Tehran officials point the finger at Israel for the bombing.

Israel's Haaretz news reports that according to the semi-official Fars news agency, Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, 32, supervisor at a department at Natanz uranium enrichment facility in Isfahan province has been blown up in a car bomb attack.
According to Haaretz, Fars say that witnesses saw a motorcyclist placing a bomb on the car which later exploded killing nuclear scientist Professor Mostafa Ahmadi-Roshan. Two other people inside the car were injured.
Deputy Governor Safarali Baratloo blames Israel for the car bomb, pointing out that it resembles previous attacks.
Over the past few years a number of Iranian nuclear scientists have been assassinated. Iran has blamed the killings on Israel and the U.S. Both countries have denied any involvement.
