Vizio's Cinemawide 3D TV to make U.S. debut at CES 2012

TV manufacturer Vizio has a rather wide surprise for those looking for a new television this year at CES. Their new Cinemawide 3D TV's will make their U.S. debut.
Vizio has always been on the cutting edge of television technology, and with their new CinemaWide line, they look to set the standard in high-quality 3D home entertainment.
According to, Vizio will debut their Cinemawide TV's in three sizes: 50, 58, and 71 inches. Each TV boasts a 21:9 aspect ratio, which is as close to theater quality than any other brand.
The Cinemawide TV will also sport Internet connectivity to allow surfing the internet while watching movies or programs. The screen splits to allow you to multi-task in full 1080p resolution.
The 50- and 58-inch models boast a 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio with a 120Hz scenes per second refresh rate while the 71-inch has an astronomical 20,000,000:1 ratio and 240 Hz.
Popular Mechanics named the Cinemawide TV an Editor's Choice when it was released to international markets at CES 2011. Electronic House gave it a 2012 Product of the Year award.
The 2012 Consumer Electronic Show (CES) is going on now until January 13 in Las Vegas.
